The company has a Service Center to provide total technical support for the equipment sold by the company.  The technical support consists of the following :
  * Pre-delivery inspection
  * Installation of the equipment
  * Maintenance during the warranty
  * Maintenance after the expiry of the warranty

Being the Authorized Services Providers for Acer, Sokkia and Epson, we at Loay International LLC, believe that the only way to win repeat business or to count on long term loyalty of customers is to provide the best after Sales service & Support. Loay  Service center is manned by professionally trained engineers who are certified in their relevant fields.

Currently, we have over 8 principal trained engineers who are responsible providing all technical support to all customers.
The Service center has a separate team to provide networking installation, first level support for PCs, laptops, computer accessories in addition to hands-on training on our Products and networking.
